The Stella is a 2-group multi-boiler precision espresso maker. This unit is typically operated in mid to high volume cafes. The central control LCD color touch screen has a night/day mode, automatic cleaning programs, a drink counter and USB interface. There are independent touch keypads for each group that has a control box with running chronographs. The Stella has adjustable lighting (color/intensity) with 5 to 9 high powered LED RGD per electronic box. There are programmable pre-infusion and time/pressure options that run independent for each group. The Stella includes one programmable and adjustable hot water outlet and is directly connected to a water drain. The top of the Stella serves as a large cup warmer. The Stella has a 6 degree inclined portafilter handle that absorbs shock, reducing vibrations. Equipped with an easy lock portafilter that is hydraulically assisted for locking in each group; creating a perfect seal with little effort. Our steam glide lever operates 2 high precision steam wands controlled horizontally that are infinitely adjustable. Our Thermalink network consists of large capacity multi-boilers with an intelligent management of the power supply and PID proportional electronic thermal regulation of each powered unit (pressure sensor on steam boiler). Included in purchase: 1 single filter holder (7g), 2 double filter holders (14g-16g), 1 blank filter basket, plumbing tube for water (1/2″ NPT) and drain line. WATER: test your water hardness (if hardness levels exceed 3 GPG, water softener must be installed), machine must be supplied with a minimum of 30 gallons of water per hour at 20 psi.
